How to keep your iPhone’s Battery Capacity on 100%
Traditionally, the maximum capacity of batteries decreases with time. It’s still interesting to share another point of view, which in this case is that of the TikTok user, Shoandtech.
This claims that the iPhone 12 Pro retains 100% of its original battery capacity after two years of use. According to him, this is possible and depends on the charging method.
Most users charge their iPhone at night, but this, according to Shoandtech, is not the best solution. It shows two phones that are at 100% capacity, the September 2021 iPhone 13 Pro and the two-year-old iPhone 12 Pro.
This, according to him, is due to the fact that they are not charged at night. He recommends charging the phone only when needed, the battery is in the red zone, and not leaving it on the charger overnight.
Thus, the battery will not be under voltage and its overall condition will be preserved better than when charging at night. Of course, this approach cannot be suitable for everyone, since not everyone has the opportunity to charge their device during the day.
We should also remember that when charging at night, Apple applies charge management technology. Initially, the battery is charged to 80%, and 100% is reached when you normally disconnect the phone from the charger.
